where can I download shader model 2.0Configuration: Windows XP Opera 9.80

You can't - it isn't software like DirectX is, it's built into the hardware of your graphics card. A lot of games say they require "Pixel Shader 2.0 or higher" - this just means your graphics card has to have it. If your graphics card hasn't got a pixel shader and your game won't run, then you'll need a new card that's got it.

sorry, the other dudes on the net agreed at only one option:-

1- you must buy a new video card that has it.




PS: I own a sims 3 game and I want some advice too about where to install 
pixel shader 2.0. I hope you get it.
