MY PALS CAN LOGIN to my facebook but I CAN'TClosed

PLEASE HELP! 
MY PALS CAN ACCESS ANY PART OF MY FACEBOOK ACCT./PAGES FROM THEIR PCs BUT I CAN'T. 
When I login I keep getting the message that my "cookies aren't enabled" AND THEY ARE. 

NO facebook's "help" answers address this. When I click on "problem not covered here", I'm directed right back to the same answers for problems I DON'T HAVE. 

I have an IT degree and THIS IS DRIVING ME BATTY! I CAN'T EVEN CANCEL MY ACCT. SINCE I CAN'T LOGIN! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN????

This is hence a problem coming from the website itself and you should contact the Facebook Support for getting the problem fixed.

A SOLUTION TO FACEBOOK MSG. re: COOKIES AREN'T ENABLED when they are.  IF YOUR BROWSER IS AN IE: OPEN IT UP, click on TOOLS, click on INTERNET OPTIONS, click on DEFAULT on every tab; close browser, open again & all should be well.
