Problem with New PC Studio

Hello,
I have installed New PC Studio for y Samsung Tocco S8300, using the disc which come with the phone....It installs but then when I open the program I get a box appearing saying, the program will exit due to the NPS Main Error...It allow me to send an error report, but nothing happens, when I send report. I have had this problem for about 4 weeks now...

Could you please advice what is happening...
