Hello,
Hardware: MacPro, 2x3 Ghz dual-Core Intel Zeon w/4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMMs. Running Snow Leopard, v. 10.6.2

I've got a problem that's driving me nuts, and I'm apparently the only one in the office with the problem, even though there are others running the same OS version and a similar hardware setup.

I can't install, or run, any Adobe apps. InDesign, Flash, Reader, Acrobat full, ... nothing. They all crash on launch. The error message indicates it's a Kernel protection failure. The following is an example when I tried to install Acrobat 8 from the original CS3 Design Premium disk.

See the first part here:

Other people are running CS3 and Snow Leopard, and are not having any problems.

I've checked the memory with MemTest and the hardware with TechTools. I've reinstalled SL.

Any one having this problem? Any ideas?
