Hello,
Ok so a few months ago me and my friend were trying to turn the BASS down on my computer so my speakers didnt knock stuff off my neighbors wall and i could still hear my music. Im not that computer smart when it comes to knowing how to fix them, but i can find my way around in them pretty well, anyway so i had my friend do it but somehow she accidentally DELETED my sound card =( Ive tried for months now to fix it and i have no clue.
If someone could PLEASE HELP ME i would REALLY REALLY appriciate it!!
Thanks,
Crystal

oh and i have a Dell computer w/ Windows XP - not sure if that helps

Hello,
So, you have to update the audio driver, you will find it on Dell support website.
Best regards

If you right click on "My Computer" then go to properties. Then go to Hardware tab then click on Device MAnager. Does the Sound card appear in there in any way Either with a Red cross through it, or as a Yellow Question Mark .
