Hello,
Ok so a few months ago me and my friend were trying to turn the BASS down on my computer so my speakers didnt knock stuff off my neighbors wall and i could still hear my music. Im not that computer smart when it comes to knowing how to fix them, but i can find my way around in them pretty well, anyway so i had my friend do it but somehow she accidentally DELETED my sound card =( Ive tried for months now to fix it and i have no clue.
If someone could PLEASE HELP ME i would REALLY REALLY appriciate it!!
Thanks,
Crystal

Hello,
So, you have to update the audio driver, you will find it on Dell support website.
Best regards
