Can't watch entire videos, they quit in middl

Hello,
I just got a new PC. When I try to watch videos they quit not long after they start. My PC gets real hot on the bottom and I was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Help! Really miss my TV shows online.

I can watch anything that is fairly short.
