hey there,
could be plug and play has gone wrong for those devices and download and run USBDeview from :
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html
one thing is that when you are running the software after having downloaded it just unplug all your usb devices and when use the tool to delete the lot from the list and after that just plug again all the devices.
with work it must work
