Occuring of Error message while formatting..

Hello,
I had assembled a system with Intel 2.53Ghz E7200 with G31Pr Motherboard and have a 160 a sata hard disk.while trying to format the hard disk using windows Xp professional services pack 2, the file such as NtFS,Fat,ScSi etc loads and at windows setup start to run i recieved a message
***Stop:0x0000007E (0Xc0000005,0xF748EoBF,Oxf78da208,0xF78D9Fo8)
***PCi.sys_address F748E)BF base at F7487000,Datestamp 3b7d855c.
I could find the exact problem can anybody can help me.....

hello dude,
well from what i can see the problem is coming rather from your memory modules and try to do just one thing before coming to the point that this is the problem. just have a memory lent from a friend and try to install windows using this memory and see if everything is ok then this is the spare part that you have to change.
