Laptop will not connect to intenet

Hello,
I have a Acer Aspire One .. I am able to get online at work but can't at home. I have a Airlink 101 router and it appears all is working as my desk top is online. I am a computer dummy. Need simple instructions.

ensure that wireless is enabled, and that the wep/psk key entered in the box required is the same as on the router, to check, enter the router and click on the wireless to see.
