When Click to Download, BlueScreen Appears

Hello,

I have been facing with problem with my Windows Xp. When i click to download something the Blue Screen Appears and it doesn't reboot. I press the button to shutodown.

my laptop Inspiron 640 M, installed windows xp SP2. IE 8.0.

The above problem doesn't occour when download something by Internet Download Manager.

Looking for your help.
