Pen drive

Hello,
My I Ball Ultra Slim 2 GB Flash/Pen Drive, detect by PC but not open, when click it says Please Inseart disk in drive:,
before 2 days it was good woking.
now what i do

Hi there,

press start>run,type diskmgmt.msc,right click on pendrive and change the driver latter to other letter not in use by windows ,press ok ,remove and plug back.

Hello,
no, not solve,
When detect by PC - its label is Removal Disk (H:)
and
when click it say msg -- Please insert a disk into drive H:
