Restart pc when I try to play some video file

Hello,

Whenever I try to open my video files like 3gp or mp4 etc., my pc get restarted it happens so many times

Hi there,

Follow these steps:

Right click on my computer>properties>advance tab>press settings under startup and recovery>setting>uncheck the box automatically restart,press on ok ,ok.
