UNABLE to visit microsoft site

Hello,

I am not able to
visit microsoft site,
use microsoft updates,
use the task manager,
use media player or any other one for that matter.

Run Belarc Advisor, a lot of microsoft security hotfixes missing.
Not able to find those and download and install.

Please help.

You need to have genuine Microsoft to benefit from it,install silverlight,download it from link below:
