UNABLE to visit microsoft site

Hello,

I am not able to
visit microsoft site,
use microsoft updates,
use the task manager,
use media player or any other one for that matter.

Run Belarc Advisor, a lot of microsoft security hotfixes missing.
Not able to find those and download and install.

Please help.
