i installed windows 7 on my toshiba laptop,after installation i tried to update my bios.in the process the laptop stopped responding and i disconnected the power to shut the laptop down.after that,when i tried to turn on the laptop,the power indicators are turned on but my screen does not display anything.please can you help me out

A failed BIOS flash can only be fixed by replacing the BIOS chip with a correctly flashed unit. It looks like you will have to return the laptop to the manufacturer for that service.
