Black screen Hp on and keys are locked

Hello,
I have a Hp dv6 and it runs great. Except at times the screen goes black and everything is locked up. It is on but it is all locked. how do I unlock it or how do I stop it from doing it again every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the hibernation feature is activated and if it is not the case, please check whether the graphic card is not messing up.
