user account Closed

Hello,
  yesterday i format my sym. today my user account is not appear, that is if i open user account , only white screen will appear. how to rectify this problems............ please reply me

hi,
click start button -> settings -> control panel -> 
click user accounts ->create a new accont
ok
restart your computer
