Security ad problem

Hello, I have a huge issue and this has been happening for a while now. I'm not sure what it is and not why it keeps popping up, but it says that my computer has a virus and needs to be scanned. Then it has a okay or cancel button, but no matter what I do, it still goes on to scan my computer. And whenever I just let it scan, it says that my computer is affected with alot of trojans. I don't think that's right, and I really don't know how to make it go away. I have AVG and malwarebytes, but none of them seem to work. This is the link that keeps popping up every so often.
