I can't format my pen drive

Hello,

i m ali, i hav a 4Gb apacer pen drive i cannot format that whn i try to format it say it is write protected.

i try to solve the prob by going Control panel>Admin tools>Computer management>storge>Disk Management>Find the drive & delet the partition on it> but now i cannot create a new pertition with the Fat file system,,,,,,,,now pls suggest me how i can solve the prob.....
