Dear Sir,
Please right click on your desktop and get to Arrange Icons By and select Show Desktop icons. If you see that it isn't fixing the problem, please check whether you have any virus causing this difficulty. Otherwise log in onto Safe Mode and carry out a system restore.

Tht is what is wrong, a virus attack but nothing responds no clicks, no buttons. It's like it's frozen

If you have confirmation that there is no virus that is causing great CPU usage, then consider checking your RAM slot whether it needs to be upgraded.

well it is hard to restore it because its a netbook and has no disc drive
