Newly installed Nexxtech Web Camera

Hello, I've installed this web Cam but I cannot hear sound when it operates and others cannot hear me only see me ............WHY? How can I fix this ?????

Hi there,

Right click on sound icon on desktop,playback devices raise the volume level for all,same for recording devices .

Clicked on the sound Icon......not the problem....everything else that puts out sound can be heard...The level for sound is on 81 so that is fine....any other idea are appreciated!
