Hello Sylvia Taylor,
Please, here is what I wish for you do to rid your computer of this spyware:
1. Please download Spybot Search and Destroy and run a scan. Spybot should be able to remove most of the virus thus stabalizing your system. It should work with Windows 7.
You may download Spybot from here:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4561-spybot-search-destroy/
You now wish to ensure that such spyware will not return to haunt your system, traces of it may be left in your registry and system restore.
2. Please download Hyjackthis which will give sort of a snapshot of your system's processes and applications which may need examination for suspect items.
3. From the main page, click on scan and save a log. Once the scan is complete the log will open. Please copy the log and paste it here. I shall be able then to give you further advice if need be.
