Non viewing mimobi tv

Hello,
i am having 3g sim but i could view the mimobi tv in nokia 5800. while approaching the bsnl staffs @ coimbarore they installed the above said software in my set .still there is the same problem of non seeing the live tv.all other 3 g functions r ok

Dear Sir,

The mobile phone must contain an antenna in order to be able to receive the analog signals. Please indicate whether you do have it. Also check with your service provider if there is any settings that need to be activated.
