Non-followers/Non-following can't view my Instagram pictures

For the past few months, my Instagram pic like went from averaging about 40 per post to 10, and I didn't see any drop in viewership/likes from my posted stories.  I did happen to notice that only my followers, and those whom I follow, were the only ones able to view my Instagram pics.  I have my settings set to Public, and each post I do is checked that it's available to "Everyone".

I have no idea what's going on, and I am hoping that someone out there can give me some further insight as to what's happening, as this is affecting my reach with my art.

It's possible that your posts are not appearing on the "Explore page" due to changes in Instagram's algorithm. Check your account settings, hashtags, and engagement with followers.
