IPhone apps install into 2 iPhones

Hello,
I have 2 iPhones(2G and 3Gs). I have downloaded 1 iPhone apps(eg. Purchase IM+) in iTunes.

I would like to install into 2 iPhones.

Am I able to install into my 2 iPhones via iTunes?

I know how to install.

My situation is :
I am holding on to 2*iPhones(2G iPhone and 3Gs iPhone).

If I buy an application from the appstore and installed into 3Gs iPhone. Do I need to pay again for the same application when I am downloading from appstore into my 2G?

Anyone experience before?

Please share your experience.
