Freezing problem

Hello,i'm using a 5800music express and my problem my phone freeze while busy working on it and i end up removing the battery so as to reboot it.and the other thing it is not notify of the new e'mails coming through like the E63 which also bought resently.

Hi there,

Try resetting it to factory default else needs to be flashed and reinstall all applications added to it.
