Freezing videos

Hello, i just bought one of those mini laptops and its an hp. it wont let me watch or listen to music/music videos, i have already tried going to several music sites but its always the same. it will freeze whenever the video starts and just continue to pause and take forever to play. is there some device that i have to download or buy in order to listen and see music/music vidoes?

Dear Sir,

The problem is either coming from the graphic card or the RAM slot. Please get it confirmed for further help.

Its problem with drivers for video card or you dont have java
