Sony VPCX119LC notebook system change

Hello,
I have purchased the new very thin Sony VPCX119LC notebook computer which has Windows 7 Professional system in Chinese. I want to change the operating system to English so I've purchased the software. I am wondering how to get the drivers for this model computer so that all the other things will work such as the built in camera, wifi, etc. I've looked online and at Sony for these drivers but so far no luck. Anyone can suggest a solution would be most appreciated.
