Hello,
        I m having a computer with core i5 processor , windows 7 , 4 GB memory , 500 GB hard drive and 512 MB vedio card then also GTA IV is not working properly in my pc. why????

It may be not compatible with windows 7,make an online game compatibility test and you will get instant result depending your os if the game can be played or not  as well as other things retaining it to make it possible,follow instructions on link below:

nu am nici o idee am facut tot ceam putut eu la inceput mergea bine am trecut jocul dar cind miam instalat windows7 nu vrea scrie gta4 stoped working ajutatima va rogg eu nu stiu ce sa mai fac!!

Well gta 4 runs only in xp it is not comfortable with w7 because of 64bit system.

Not true, it does run very well on Vista and Windows 7 64-bit systems.
