Not sending messages

Hello, Please I try to send messages using hotmail but I can't it is blocked that never send any message ...but I can receive them easily . Please help me PLEASE I have a lot of work , what can I do ??

Dear Aseela,

Your email account might be too bulky or still there might be a virus infection and you will have to contact the hotmail Support to get it fixed.
