I can;t watch media on any web browser

Hello,

I can't watch any videos on any website. If a website has video in the address bar then the it says page cannot be displayed. I cannot even open twitter. I have tried deleting cookies and scanning for viruses but nothing works. I could only watch videos during a specific time perios, but now i don't even have internet connection during that time period. I need help
