S-video cable is only for video (not sound). You have to get a jack or RCA audio cable between you sound card and your TV.
The easiest way is to find a SCART adapter with S-Video (yellow) and Audio (red/white) input.

tanks for the answear but how does it looks like that kable? i meen does it have to be like a conector or somnthing like that i put on my tv and that it thank you wery much
