can someone please help me my usb cable has a error and every  time i pluged in my computer something poppped out saying "usb" device not recognized so i bought a new one and i have the same result i have no idea what to do so can someone please help me   Email Id removed for security

i have the same problem exceppt it is on my ipod. i cant get it to charge without the usb cord and it absouloutly doesnt work!!!! what can i do???
