How to connect sony viao laptop to ToshibaLCD

Hello,

I BOUGHT VGA TO VIDEO CONVERTER RECENTLY AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONNECT MY SONY LAPTOP VAIO TO TOSHIBA LCD (37 INCH MODEL 37AV504DB) . I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT'S NOT COMING UP ON MY LCD. PLEASE KINDLY ADVISE ON WHAT I NEED TO DO.

Hi there,

press Fn key and F5 key at same time on keyboard of laptop to get it displayed on external screen ,else the driver is not installed,use driver cd and install chipset driver and graphics.
