Trojan on usb dongle.calling all smart people

Hi good people. i need help.

i have acquired trojan horse generic 16.BSXH on my usb dongle.

i cant delete this with my anti-virus, and it doesn't seem to spreading to my computer.

the virus is located in file: ResetDevice.exe

I have tried to delete it using CMD

i dont really know what im doing, so this is a right pain in the buttocks.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello Blacktung,

I agree with you about the pain and it's location.

Here is what I suggest, connect all of your USB's but do not open them.

Download, Install and update Malwarebyte

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Please, turn off your modem and run a FULL scan on all disks.

If after the scan the trojan horse is still in the stable, there is an alternative call USBFix; unfortunately, I have been trying for weeks to find an English version but in vain. There is a French version, but I would need to translate it for you to use. Many people report complete recovery after USBFix.

Please try the first step above and if it is not satisfying let me know.
