FLASHING MESSAGE ON COMPUTER SCREEN!

i have a message which keeps flashing in the middle of my computer screen, my sister poured her drink on the computer so i went to wipe it up and i pressed a button under the monitor now it wont go, ive tried pushing the buttons under the screen the message dispears for a few seconds and comes back itss sooo annoying i cant get any work done! help pleaseeee!
