Hello,
After install my webcam windows displays a message that "The new hardware cannot start" and the error is the registry file is damaged or not installed properly
error code is 19
please help me
Operating system is XP Professional

There is some errors upon the registry files and you will have to get it cleaned up. If you do not have a registry cleaner, please get it downloaded from the below link:
