Doesn't take me to the user accounts Closed

Hello,

I really need help fixing my hp pavilion dv4000 laptop. It doesn't go to the user accounts, when I turn on my comp it starts at the restart page where there's "starts windows normally", and other options. But when I click on starts windows normally it loads but takes a long time and it takes me back to the restart page. Even if i go to safe mode it would freeze and after a couple of minutes take me back to the same screen.

Hello Sir,

To fix this, you will have to recover Windows!

If you have the recovery discs just boot your laptop using the disc!
This will restore the laptop to factory settings

There are some errors that have occurred on the laptop and it will be reccomended to get it repaired. One solution will be the following method:
