                    Hello,
Some viruses self protect themselves by preventing the downloading of antiviruses.
Here is what I suggest:
Download Malwarebyte on the desktop from this site:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Rename the application Explorer.exe.
Install Malwarebyte and update it (second tab)
After the update, launch a full system scan.
Then, you can try downloading your favorite antivirus.
