Moving my site

Hello,
I currently have domain www.bentmiles.com. I was hosting with gate.com. I had a conflict with them and changed to hostgator.com and have been very satisfied with their services. I tols gate severl times that i no longer wanted their services. they kpet writing me as if i were still a customer even after I transferred my site. My domain was registered with domainpeople.com. they would not tell me my key so I could have the domain registered with gator. now the only way i can get to my site is use http://174.120.105.60/~bentmile/

do you have any suggestions on what i can do?
