No recovery disk available

Hello, my Tashiba lap top computer's hard drive has crashed and in order to try to recover it is asking for a recovery cd / dvd which did not came with the computer. How can I get this cd from Tashba for my computer with windows XP. Does anyone have an answer for me. Thanks.

You will have to get the recovery disk ordered from manufacturer,follow this link to order:
