Hello Nicole,
If the virus will not let you install the Trojan detector, it is because it is self protecting itself through the systems processes that it installed on your computer. I doubt very much that it came from a porn site alone.
Here is what I suggest to you and I am 99% sure it will clean of your computer of all malware.
This very efficient solution was provided by xpcman one of our moderators and security expert, so it has to work
We must first end the processes:
1. Download Process Explorer and save it in C:\ folder.
Download link: http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe
2. Rename procexp.exe to explorer.exe and double-click to run it.
3. Select the suspect (it may be called Security tool) process from the list. Could be numeric such as 4946550101.exe or similar or called security...or Vista security and press "Delete" button to end the process.
4. Close Process Explorer.
5. Download MalwareBytes anti-malware to your desktop:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
6. Rename mbam-setup.exe to explorer.exe and double-click to run it. Install, update and run MalwareBytes anti-malware. Then perform FULL computer scan and remove all found infections.
I am anxious to hear from you as we in this forum love to hear success stories.
