Possible Virus

Hello,

I hope that you can help me.

My system is running really slow and an Anti Virus check keeps appearing on the screen. It doesn't give me the option to close it down in the top right hand corner and when i have tried to end it on task manager it still keeps re-appearing.

I'm not certain but you may have whats called an XP virus. Its disguised as an antivirus. My mother had it and it was quite extensive to get rid of.
