why my cd dvd drive doesnt play dvd ? Closed

Hello,
why is my cd-dvd drive doesnt play dvd,but can only read audio cds and can also read data cds such as installers...please help me my cd-dvd drive i just 7 months and the waranthy of this is only 6 months help me pls

hi buddy, actually the warranty will be 2 or 3 yrs but u said 6 months, u have to mention the cd/dvd drive company there will be a service centers they will provide 1 yr warranty min if u have a bill. Then coming to u r problem. Just try other dvds also if it doesnt play, Dnt think about the money just go and repair it
