Laptop

Hello,
I had a problem with my laptop earlier to day. It went on perfect and wouldn't let me on the internet.took battery rebooted it and went on to safe mode and still wouldnt work. Turned it back on and need a user name to get back in to it. I was wounderen if some body could help me i would be most tanck full.
