Hi there,
Do you have wireless access points for it?Please give more information also check your settings.
From menu select settings,then connectivity and wireless lan,make a search for available access point,if found then create an internet access point,tap connection,select option>start web browsing.If secured you will be prompted for password thus enter the password if you have it else you will not be able.
