Black blank screen following with 3 beeps

Hello,
I have a tashiba satellite x205 i purchase 14 months ago, i have two problems the first one started 3 months ago when my laptop would shut down with out any errors i have a cooling fan on it but it would still shut down and it would take about 30 minutes before i would be able to restarted it any one that can help me figure out why it shuts down, my next problem is that today i started my laptop like any other day and i got a black screen and as i hear it turning on i hear 3 beeps but the screen stays black..please some one help me !!! i depend on so much on my laptop... any suggestions anyone...
