EXCEL Linking Data Closed

Hello,

I am a bit of a dummy on excel and I was hoping someone on here could help me. 

I have a mater spreadsheet which lists all the training that people have attended over the year. The names of the individual are listed in Coloumn A, and the various training sessions that have attended are listed across the spreadsheet. Where the person has attended a certain training session I want this to feed through to a separate spreadsheet - is this possible. E.g. If a person has attended new hire training which is shown in Coloum H. Is it possible to link all of the yes answers through to a new worksheet. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to look at use of macro to do that. 

I am sure there is a reason you would want to do this, but will you not get the same information if you just filter the column H and look for "YES". I add this since you have mentioned that you are new to excel
