Any one tell me can i backup iphone to mac?

Hello,
i reset my iphone and i think a backup is really necessary. but itunes just let me get files from itunes to iphone and not the contrarily. any one have any advice?

Maybe you need find a software for help.

iMacsoft iPod to Mac Transfer is a software that can transfer iphone and ipod files to mac.
