USB Flash Disk

Hello,
I am getting the error message that my flash disk is an unknown device on my computer. I went in to my computer and clicked on disk mananger but I don't see or don't know the thumb nail is, can you help me?

Please check whether its driver needs to be updated or reinstalled.
