Hello,

Guys, please help me on this. I was trying to format my hard disk and suddenly the power went off. And when I tried to turn on my PC this message occured: Loading Disk Error Occured Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot.
Is my hard disk damaged? What will i do?

Formatting the hard disk or installing Windows? They are two different things. If you were installing Windows then you need to change the boot device back to the CD and start the install over again.
